    They talk the language of their clients and completely understand their clients' specific needs. Through investing in relationships with clients and candidates, Sentinel has come to dominate recruitment in its technology markets.

    The business has seen a substantial rate of growth to date and the senior team are looking to develop a greater strength and depth in their management structure by developing the skills of the next layer of management. 

    The Solution

    Innergy worked with Sentinel to understand Sentinel’s exact needs by completing a comprehensive assessment of each of the elected delegates, as well as carrying out one to one interviews with the delegates.

    This in depth understanding of Sentinel’s business, as well as their employees, allowed Innergy to build a Management Development Programme that was specific to Sentinel’s current processes, practices, company language and environment, ensuring all training content delivered was aligned to Sentinel’s business. 

    The Outcome

    During the course of the Management Development Programme each delegate was taken through a number of activities and assignments to complete which included the Innovation projects.

    The feedback from the managers attending the leadership programme, including two of the senior directors of the business, was outstanding and the Innovation projects saw a number of new and highly valuable initiatives launched across the business, realising not only an immediate uplift in sales but also creating a platform for future growth.
