    The Challenge

    Practicus, the Outcome Delivery Partner, for the past nine years works with organisations to deliver their change initiatives, offering a real alternative to consultancies by providing a quality-led model that delivers value for money.  As Practicus continues to grow and expand into new areas, a clear requirement was identified to develop the individual and team skills of the leadership team, as well as source an appropriate partner to manage the ongoing training and development of all its staff across the business.

    The Solution

    Following a number of meetings, Innergy devised a formal cross-business analysis to be rolled out across the organisation, including a series of one to one meetings with each of the managers within the various Practicus’ offices.  On the back of the results, Innergy’s unique retained Virtual Training Manager™ solution was offered which included a series of training interventions aligned to individuals KPIs and appraisals, a six month leadership development programme for 10 of their management team, ongoing coaching and mentoring for employees and the development of a branded intranet and online training academy system, the Practicus Talent Hub™.

    The Outcome

    Along the journey for the management team, a number of innovations were developed as part of the training, which created a significant number of revenue generating and costs saving initiatives that have been since implemented across the business.  Workshops delivered across the rest of the business have created a common skill set, and allowed employees develop in line with training needs identified in their appraisals and the Practicus Talent Hub™ acts as a huge library of content, training and further development tools to promote consistency, thought leadership and an ongoing commitment to employee development.
