The Challenge
Engage Education are an award winning provider of teacher recruitment solutions and the creators of iday, a unique service for schools to interview multiple candidates in one day.
Through the creation of iday, Engage Education have seen a significant growth in their business and wanted to take the opportunity to develop and align their business activities with a strategic business plan.
The Solution
Innergy worked closely with Engage Education to identify their needs and provide a suitable solution. Initially Innergy supported Engage Education with strategy consultancy, working closely with top level management to work through their business plan and identify how they could successfully implement it.
Innergy then worked directly with the sales and marketing team on a consultancy basis to ensure the sales and marketing effort was aligned with the new strategic business plan.
It was also identified that standardised sales and leadership training should be rolled out to all Engage Education employees, resulting in an on-going programme of sales and leadership training across the business.
The training has now been reinforced with the implementation of a Talent Hub™ into the business. The Talent Hub™, a unique online learning management, training an intranet system, enabled desk based training to be delivered at a low cost to all employees to support the face to face delivery.
The Outcome
Engage Education are working towards a business plan that will further develop their offering to the market and increase sales. The plan incorporates the sales and marketing team as well as ensuring all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to fulfil this plan through successful training.
Feedback from all employees who go through the training programmes is continuously excellent and there are a number of future programmes that Engage employees are already scheduled to attend.
