The Challenge
Broadland Housing Association was formed in 1963 by a group of local business people who were committed to providing more affordable housing in Norwich.
Every few years the Board takes some time out to revisit their corporate strategy and to agree on what it would like the organisation to achieve and how they might judge our success or failure.
The Solution
Innergy was asked to facilitate a training programme that brought together the senior management team from across the organisation, as well as that from it's sister company Meridan East, to work together, looking at some of the key challenges facing the group and to design a framework for change.
This was to include a series of actions that could be implemented across the group immediately by the senior management team and associated support staff.
The Outcome
The programme successfully achieved its objectives of uniting the senior management teams, from across both organisations, to work together towards one common goal.
A key outcome was on the design of a customer centric framework to ensure the group maintains its reputation as a provider of excellent service with both suppliers and customers.
What they said..
"Innergy facilitated our management team through an energetic, fun and insightful session on becoming more aware of our reputation and understanding our customer’s moments of truth.
The feedback from the group was very positive and has led to a review of some of our key customer journeys with an emphasis on moving to ensuring we delight the customer!
Thank you Innergy!"
