    The Challenge

    Lloyds TSB are one of the leading financial institutions in the UK. The Sales Planning and Development division of Lloyds is targeted with ensuring that sales are managed and increased effectively across all the branches, and in order to do this there are a number of key leadership and sales skills that each of the Management team require to have a high level of expertise in.

    The Solution

    Following a review with the Senior Management team, a full 360 degree survey of the entire team was undertaken, and a comprehensive analysis report submitted. 

    On the back of this report, a full training regime was developed by Innergy and presented to the head of training for the team, and series of monthly workshops were launched.

    The Outcome

    The feedback from all the delegates has been excellent with each of them committing to follow up the actions they set for themselves in each of the sessions, which in turn has seen a significant change in the way the team works and the results they are achieving.
