The Challenge
Evolutions is one of London's leading independent post production houses, offering a unique range of services including editing, audio, graphics, new media and duplications.
Following a number of meetings with Evolutions senior management, it was agreed that the challenge facing the business was to develop the commercial awareness of the Booking Team, thus increasing their ability to cross-sell, and up-sell, evolutions' suite of products and services to new and existing clients.
The Solution
To achieve this Innergy delivered a staggered Innergise Sales programme, conducted over a two-month period, enabling the Booking Team to implement and practice the skills learned from each session, and for Innergy (and Evolutions' management) to measure the effectiveness of the programme as it progresses.
The programme focused on the core selling skills required to develop sales revenue, as well as developing innovative sales approaches unique to Evolution
The Outcome
The Innergise Sales programme was extremely successful, with all attendees remarking on the noticeable improvements to team work and communication amongst the Booking Team staff.
The programme has enabled the Booking Team to spend more time in an account management capacity, has effectively incentivised them to sell total solutions services, and has ultimately increased Evolutions' sales revenue.

The feedback I have received back from the staff was consistent in that the content was unique, effective and inspirational, as was the style of delivery!
