Codemasters had enjoyed significant success and further growth was planned. To enable this growth, the business was passionate about supporting and developing the management team, and developing performance and employee engagement across the business.
Innergy were asked, with leading law firm DWF, to develop and run a management develop programme for the senior management team focused on performance management. Working with the HR team and employment law experts from DWF, Innergy developed a bespoke training workshop designed to:
- Challenge and develop senior management’s approach to world class performance management
- Maximise employee engagement
- Develop productivity and performance across the business from high achievers to underperformers
- Ensure the management team recognised and embraced best practice and the required legal framework
Prior to the delivery Innergy and DWF spent time within the business to understand the cultural challenges and opportunities. All delegates provided feedback prior to the workshop to ensure that individual priorities for learning were understood as well as the business objectives.
The workshop was run jointly by Innergy and DWF.
The thinking, confidence and ability of the senior management team to effectively drive up performance across the business in a professional, and engaging manner was improved.
All delegates took away a specific and personal action plan to implement within their area of responsibility for implementation.
The team developed confidence to address any performance issues and particularly enjoyed the balance of best practice performance management delivered within the backdrop of a legal framework.
