The Challenge
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people.
Currently they have 124,000 individual members, across the many chapters in the UK.
In line with their mission statement "to lead in the development and promotion of good practice in the field of the management and development of people", Innergy were approached to host an event to over 50 of their members, to provide an "interactive and energetic" training session.
The Solution
Following a series of meetings and consultations with various CIPD members, Innergy developed a highly interactive session focusing on maximising the quality and effectiveness of one-to-one business relationships, a key concern and challenge for both HR personnel, but also their staff and internal clients.
The session was held at the prestigious Bath Rugby Club to maintain the theme of energy and passion for success.
The Outcome
Faced with a group of over 50 people, Innergy were able to engage everyone on a personal level through their interactive and energetic style. During the evening, people not only gained a much greater insight into themselves, but were also able to take away practical, tangible ideas as to how to improve difficult relationships.
What they said..
"The evening was fun, educational, highly interactive and thought provoking - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Innergy to other CIPD groups, and will be looking ourselves at opportunities to invite them to run another session in the future!"
