Innergy’s Gordon Stoddart has been invited to be a judge at the 2016 UK Employee Experience Awards which will be announced in May in London.

About the Awards

The UK Employee Experience Awards are unique in recognising and celebrating best practice in the delivery and improvement of outstanding employee experience. The Awards recognise organisations, teams, leaders, managers and specialist professionals including those in HR, Learning & Development and Organisational Development.
Those entering are asked to demonstrate, both via a written entry and a presentation to an independent judging panel of experienced business professionals, that they have delivered improvements to employee experience with consequent benefits not only to employees but to the organisation as a whole. Scoring/Judging criteria are based on a business case format that starts off by assessing stated aims, then investigates actual delivery and finally reviewing how and to what extent stated targets were met.
