Innergy developed and facilitated a comprehensive leadership development programme, The Extraordinary Leader programme, that ran once a fortnight over eight weeks.

The programme was totally geared towards 1st Choice, their pace and style, and the programme facilitator put the team in situations where they had to get involved. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the style of delivery, without exception.

Just three weeks since the end of the programme, new ideas to strategically develop the business are already in place and there exists a renewed vigour and enthusiasm to achieve, motivate and communicate amongst the management team.
