The Concerto Group is a unique event business employing over 120 full time staff and with an annual turnover in excess of £35 million operating through numerous brands that cover all aspects of event origination, design and delivery.
Annually, they bring all their employees together for a conference to review progress and plan / prepare for the following year, followed by an evening fancy dress awards night and party to celebrate successes.
Innergy were asked to design and deliver a blended solution of motivational speaking and training intervention in line with the key challenges and messages outlined by the group’s chairman. The objectives of the event were to engage, motivate, entertain and educate the 120 employees during the course of the event.
The event was a great success, with all employees assessing the event, and in particular the delivery and content of the motivational speaking and training, as “excellent”. Furthermore, Innergy coached employees of the group to develop and agree a set of key actions and deliverables, which were presented back to the group senior management for review and implementation, ensuring the impact of the event was both sustainable and measurable.
