The European HR team recognised that following the difficult economic climate that the company and their clients had faced through 2008 & 2009, and the changes caused by that, there had been some disengagement with their staff particularly in their Support Services.
Innergy were engaged by Robert Half to carry out an Employee Engagement survey for the Support Services functions across the European offices in UK, Germany & France. The design and development of the survey was done in conjunction with the European HR management, so that the specific issues were addressed and each survey was written in the appropriate language.
The survey included the ability to benchmark each of the offices, and the departments within each office in order to unearth the comparable management effectiveness.
Innergy used their proven online survey tool to manage the survey and delivered a detailed report with recommendations to deliver positive change across the offices and departments.
Robert Half have shared the results and recommendations of the survey with their management and staff and are implementing a series of projects involving the staff to significantly improve the engagement of the staff with the ultimate aims of improving performance, increasing retention of staff and further promoting Robert Half as a great place to work.
