Employee Engagement in the Asia Pacific Region

James Osborne, Managing Director of Innergy Ltd, will be speaking at the Asia Pacific Recruitment Summit and will be discussing Raising the Bar in Recruitment through customer loyalty and delivering service excellence, as well as looking at Maximising Employee Engagement and giving attendees an insight into employee motivation.  

To provide some highly valuable cross-industry data, Innergy and APSCo are putting together the first ever Employee Engagement Survey across Asia Pacific to find out the key motivators across recruitment professionals in the region. This data will then be produced in the first ever APSCo Asia Pacific Employee Engagement Benchmark Assessment, assessed against the 2011 UK benchmark report.

Attendees to James’ Maximising Employee Engagement Seminar who participate in the Employee Engagement Survey will also receive a personalised report comparing the levels of engagement of the employees within their organisations with the Benchmark Assessment.
