SRG is renowned for providing a skilled, dedicated and specialist service to customers within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and general science based sectors, from recruiting for science jobs to running outsourced clinical trials and data management.
They are part of Impellam Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment organisations. Listed on the London Stock Exchange and traded on the AIM (IPEL), the Group operates through a number of specialist trading brands, each targeted towards specific markets and services.
The challenge they faced was to effectively develop their leadership team through a tailored programme of assessment and training.
Once a pre-determined team of managers had been elected, each underwent a comprehensive assessment centre receiving feedback on their performance and key areas of development.
Innergy then designed a uniquely tailored leadership programme, facilitated over a two month period, which incorporated the development of a number of leadership projects for each of the delegates,with the objective of each delivering a minimum £50,000 growth in revenue across their business streams, per delegate.
The programme culminated in a series of presentations back to the SRG Senior Management team on the final day, where each delegate presented their new initiatives from the projects for approval and implementation.
Feedback from all the delegates on the programme was excellent, with one delegate describing it as "informal, fun, fast paced, involved and delivered with real passion and enthusiasm."
The presentations on the final day were demonstrative of the change these managers had gone through, and a number of the initiatives from their projects have already reaped significant rewards for the business.
