Bucks and Berks asked Innergy to work with them to help them achieve their business goals of improving individual, team and organizational performance, while enabling Bucks and Berks to successfully develop and change their approach.
Innergy initially carried out a comprehensive analysis of the business, including in depth interviews with all management and employees.
Over the following 18 months, Innergy provided a blend of consultancy, training and coaching enabling Bucks and Berks to develop and implement its business strategy. This included: working with the board to develop decision making and planning skills; leadership development and coaching for the management team; implementing a restructure of the management team and outsourcing of non core functions; sales training for all recruitment consultants and business development managers.
After 18 months, Bucks and Berks had successfully implemented significant change, while maintaining service levels and employee motivation and productivity.
The culture of the organisation evolved, retaining the excellence in service delivery and the superb team spirit, while increasing performance focus and accountability.
Revenue levels increased significantly across the five branches, and costs were reviewed, managed and in some cases extensively reduced.
