The launch of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) this week in London was heralded as an opportunity to develop true inclusiveness within UK businesses. Over 200 people attended the event which included speakers including Trevor Phillips (Chair, Equality & Human Rights Commission). As part of the launch and having looked at a number of options, enei have adopted, endorsed and recommend Innergy and DWF’s Equality and Diversity online solution, which is promoted on the enei website (click here for further information).
