The launch of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) this week in London was heralded as an opportunity to develop true inclusiveness within UK businesses. Over 200 people attended the event which included speakers including Trevor Phillips (Chair, Equality & Human Rights Commission). As part of the launch and having looked at a number of options, enei have adopted, endorsed and recommend Innergy and DWF’s Equality and Diversity online solution, which is promoted on the enei website (click here for further information).
enei Chief Executive Denise Keating said: "enei fully endorses this Equality and Diversity online learning. It is a quality product which covers the nine Protected Characteristics in the Equality Act 2010, is easy to access and a really engaging way to learn. The learning management system enables HR to see who knows what, reduces risks of claims, demonstrates compliance and develops good practice across the workforce. We highly recommend it.”
Innergy’s Gordon Stoddart said: "To have enei, the UK’s leading organisation in this field, select, endorse and promote our product gives it huge credibility and confirms the fantastic feedback that we have been receiving from clients – both users and HR professionals."
