Harnessing world-class technology, Innergy have worked with leading IT developers to create a suite of interactive, web-based business tools to ensure you are supported in making business-critical decisions.
To get where you want to go, it's good to know where you're starting from. People often lack sound, objective information about themselves and others.
The Innergy Profile provides just that. It's for anyone who wants to see and be seen clearly. Anyone who wants to recognise their strengths and personal development needs and build a firm base for the future.
The Innergy Profile was developed in partnership with medical doctor and psychotherapist Dr Glyn Brokensha BSc (Hons) MB ChB. The Innergy Profile database has been developed from more than 10,000 completed Profiles and those 2,500 individual debriefs conducted over more than 20 years of research and development.
The Innergy Profile is free of theoretical bias or constraints. It is a practical, empirical and most of all a useful UK tool developed in the field from the experiences of real people in real situations… people not unlike yourself.
The tool has been developed over the years with flexibility, ease of use, and practical application in mind, which is why both questionnaires and reports are accessed via a secure internet site.
The Innergy Surveying Kit provides an easy-to-use, web-based tool for those of our clients who want to quickly gather and measure feedback from clients and employees.
Designed with flexibility in mind, each survey question is custom-made to our clients' specifications and surveys can include the company logo or other organization-specific graphics.
Once the online survey data have been collected and analysed, an Innergy consultant will personally deliver a comprehensive report of the survey results to you, providing practical advice on how to disseminate the results throughout the organization to ensure the implementation of appropriate changes.
Where required, facilitated coaching assistance can be provided to managers and human resource personnel to help them successfully navigate through the entire survey cycle with their own team or work group.
Our Training division can provide training sessions for managers to teach them strategies for feeding back the survey results to employees and conducting action-planning meetings, as well as developing any highlighted skills and behavioural gaps within the business.
Example surveys include:
A Competency Framework is an indication from you to your staff of the expected areas and levels of performance. It provides your employees with a map or indication of the behaviours that will be recognised, valued and rewarded, as well as providing guidance to managers who have to assess their staff against these behaviours.
As such, the Innergy Competency Framework (“STEPS”) is designed to:
Housed on your own server or intranet, the framework will identify the key steps that are required by your employees in relation to their personal development over a 12 month period.
Furthermore, it will provide staff with a motivational overview of the available areas of potential growth for them within your organisational hierarchy.
Similarly, the framework will overview the initial induction stages for any new starter and the key program they follow when starting in the business.
When designing your framework, we spend an extended period of time getting to know you and your business, often concentrating on three key areas, Customer-Facing (sales), Operations and Support Services, to represent the different roles within the organisation.
Only measurable components are included and we restrict the number of competencies to a maximum of 12 for any particular role, arranging them into 4 distinct cluster groups to make the framework more accessible to the users.
